Job summary

The Jupiter Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide front, mid, and back-office support for ETRM and related systems.

The role covers marketing, contract management, risk management, scheduling, valuation, settlement, invoicing, reporting, and interfaces across multiple commodities. You will join an integrated team delivering direct technical assistance to business users and projects with varying complexity, designing solutions, and providing mentorship while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related industry or technical experience is required.
• CS/CIS/MIS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of Java experience preferred.
• 3+ years of OpenLink Endur experience preferred.
• 1-2+ years of JVS scripting and Crystal Reports development preferred.
• 4+ years IT experience in application development and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide front, mid, and back-office support for ETRM and other systems across multiple commodities.
• Participate in software rollouts and system integration testing.
• Plan, design, evaluate, implement, and monitor applications or systems.
• Consult with customers to determine needs and design information solutions.
• Design and document models for customer review and acceptance.
• Provide operations support and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver training and mentor team members; participate in maintenance window rotations.
• Handle periodic on-call responsibilities and coordinate with IT and business teams.
