Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support OpenLink Endur and related front, middle, and back-office systems across energy trading. This role acts as a liaison between business users and IT, driving enhancements, integrations, and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in enterprise app development and at least 3 years with Endur, Java, and SQL. The position emphasizes technical depth, collaboration, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years enterprise application development, integration, and support
• 3+ years OpenLink Endur
• 3+ years Java development
• Experience with JVS scripting and Crystal Reports
• Strong Microsoft SQL experience (4+ years preferred)
• Prior experience supporting ETRM platforms and energy trading operations is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve OpenLink Endur and related business applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver system enhancements
• Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and system integrations
• Design, document, and review system and application solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing operational support
• Collaborate across business and IT teams while mentoring junior staff
• Participate in maintenance windows and periodic on-call support
