Littler is seeking an Enterprise Workstation Systems Engineer to manage endpoints and automate using SCCM and Intune, while supporting AVD infrastructure and reporting. The role emphasizes secure, stable, high-performing end-user computing across mixed environments.

The position is hybrid with monthly on-site expectations, based in multiple U.S. locations, including Denver, CO. Candidates should have 5+ years in end-user computing and a strong Azure/Windows/iOS background.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and high-performing physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile environments.
• Support software/hardware release processes and QA for workstation, desktop and mobile environments.
• Provide Level 3 operational support for physical/virtual desktops, Citrix, and mobile platforms.
• Assist in implementing new workstation, desktop, and mobile technologies.
• Install and configure Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) including host pools and FSLogix.
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvements for AVD production configs.
• Administer desktop and mobile device management platforms.
• Engineer, deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Develop reports to track KPIs across workstation, VDI, mobile, and AVD metrics.
• Create scripts and automation for physical/virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Test Windows workstation and iOS releases to recommend optimal configurations.

The Enterprise Workstation Systems Engineer is responsible for endpoint management and automation using Microsoft SCCM and Intune, managing AVD infrastructure, developing performance metrics and reporting, and ensuring a secure, stable, and high performing end user computing experience.

This hybrid position can be based in Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; Washington, DC; Miami and Orlando, FL; Kansas City, MO; Seattle, WA; Houston, Dallas, and Austin, TX; or Los Angeles, Fresno, Irvine, Sacramento, San Diego, and San Jose, CA, with an onsite expectation of once per month.

Pursuant to California, Colorado, Minnesota, Washington, and Washington, DC regulation, the salary range for this position is $114,000 to $150,900 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. • Responsible for providing Level 3 operational support to the physical and virtual workstation, Desktop, Citrix, and Mobile platforms.

• Responsible for the administration of desktop and mobile device management platforms.
• Responsible for engineering, deploying, configuring, and managing endpoints using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
• Responsible for developing reports to track key workstation, desktop, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), mobile, and AVD metrics and KPIs.
• Responsible for scripting and automation supporting physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Responsible for testing Windows workstation and iOS mobile releases to recommend optimum configuration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune for endpoint deployment and device management.
• In-depth experience providing operational support of physical and virtual workstation, desktop, and mobile devices.
• Demonstrated experience with user support.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MSIX and FSLogix.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure virtual machine golden image (for AVD) creation, maintenance and workflows.
• Advanced experience with Windows and iOS workstation, desktop, and mobile software and hardware.
• Experience supporting release management.
• Demonstrated experience with mobile device management.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune for endpoint deployment and device management.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft stack including: Office, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, scripting and automation.
• Advanced experience with Windows workstation and desktop user profile management.

Education And Certifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology.
