Job summary

EXOS seeks two Senior Endpoint Platform Engineers to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable enterprise endpoint management platforms. The role blends deep engineering with governance, automation, observability, and data-driven decision making.

You will lead initiatives using Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Entra ID, building reusable, automated platform capabilities adopted across teams. Strong scripting, automation, and architectural documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise endpoint management platforms at scale.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows endpoint management, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, compliance/configuration management, and Win32 deployment.
• Experience designing identity governance models using Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, Access Packages, RBAC, and least-privilege practices.
• Advanced automation and scripting with PowerShell and Python; REST APIs, GitHub Actions, JSON, and YAML.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise endpoint management services using Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Develop and maintain Windows endpoint standards including Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and Windows Update for Business.
• Engineer scalable processes for Win32 packaging and driver firmware management.
• Build automation and configuration-as-code solutions using PowerShell, Python, Graph, REST APIs, GitHub Actions, JSON, and YAML.
• Define telemetry strategies and dashboards for observability using Azure Monitor and Splunk.
