Job summary

Trilon is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own and modernize the enterprise endpoint ecosystem across Windows and Apple platforms. You will lead architecture, standards, and automation while shaping the roadmap and ensuring zero-touch employee experiences.

You will partner with Cybersecurity and Operations to validate Defender, BitLocker, and policy enforcement. The role emphasizes scalable, repeatable processes rather than people management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in endpoint management or modern workplace engineering.
• Experience governing enterprise endpoint platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture guidance.
• Establish platform priorities, standards, and executable roadmaps.
• Own endpoint engineering documentation, change control, and rollback standards.
• Lead security posture, compliance, and remediation efforts for endpoints.
• Define enrollment, migration, and lifecycle patterns for cloud-native joins.
