Job summary

SGI in Reston, VA is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Consultant (TS/SCI FS Poly) to deploy, integrate and support enterprise endpoint protection technologies within a highly secure federal environment. This hands-on consulting and engineering role focuses on cyber defense, endpoint security operations, EDR and DLP across large-scale infrastructure.

Required capabilities include strong Windows/Linux administration, exp in cybersecurity engineering, and DoD 8570/8140 certification, plus active

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint security technologies such as ENS, EDR, DLP and ePO.
• Strong Windows and/or Linux administration experience.
• Background in cybersecurity engineering, cyber operations or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise or federal security environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 certification.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support enterprise endpoint security solutions
• Support EDR and DLP operations across complex environments
• Participate in system integrations, migrations and upgrades
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis and incident support
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, deployment plans and technical documentation
• Support testing, tuning and policy development
• Work closely with security operations, infrastructure and engineering teams
• Participate in deployment planning and operational support activities
• Monitor system health, performance and security posture
