Job summary

Tarleton State University is hiring an Endpoint Lifecycle Lead in the Division of Information Technology Solutions. The position requires technical leadership for asset management and printing services (PaperCut, Pharos) and uses JAMF/Intune for device enrollment and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with JAMF and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the lifecycle of University-owned endpoint technology from acquisition through retirement and disposal.
• Coordinates device intake, deployment, assignment, refresh, reassignment, recovery, warranty service, replacement, and retirement activities.
• Plans, schedules, and executes endpoint refresh and replacement initiatives in coordination with university departments and ITS teams.
• Coordinates endpoint technology requirements for onboarding, position changes, and other institutional tech needs.
• Monitors equipment availability and related lifecycle activities.
