Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. seeks an Endpoint Administrator to own the full lifecycle of company endpoints, from provisioning to retirement.

You will work with HR, IT support, security, and infrastructure to standardize devices, enforce security controls, and maintain accurate asset records. You will manage OS/driver patching, device enrollment, and RB provisioning, while ensuring compliant configurations and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, IT support, or similar.
• Experience provisioning, managing, troubleshooting, retiring Windows endpoints in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO, and RB provisioning.
• Experience with endpoint management, RMM, deployment, or MDM platforms; Intune and Autopilot preferred.
• Experience with packaging, patching, encryption, endpoint protection, and security remediation.
• Experience maintaining hardware inventory, warranties, refresh cycles, and secure disposition records.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of company endpoints from standards to retirement.
• Administer endpoint management and MDM platforms; maintain enrollment, profiles, policies, and compliance.
• Provision and configure devices using standardized builds and security controls.
• Coordinate onboarding by provisioning equipment, accounts, licenses, and access with HR.
• Coordinate offboarding by disabling access, reclaiming devices, preserving data, and wiping devices.
• Maintain endpoint and asset records with location, serial, model, and status.
• Patch OS, apps, drivers; ensure compliance and remediate non-compliant devices.
• Implement endpoint security controls including encryption and restrictions.
• Package, test, deploy, update, and remove business apps with licensing in mind.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, peripheral, and connectivity issues; coordinate vendor repairs.
• Maintain inventory and forecast device refresh and warranty needs.
