Job summary

Pennant is seeking a Senior Intune Engineer in Eagle, Idaho to design and support enterprise endpoint platforms across various devices including Windows and macOS. The role necessitates collaboration with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient end-user experiences.

Candidates should have extensive experience with endpoint engineering, Microsoft Intune, and operational processes in regulated environments. The position offers a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in End User Computing, endpoint engineering, or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting distributed, multi-site, or remote environments.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chromebooks, and virtual desktop environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Azure services.
• Experience supporting onboarding, access readiness, and user lifecycle processes in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint solutions across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to align solutions.
• Own endpoint platform architecture and configuration standards.
• Partner with Security teams to enforce endpoint security controls.
• Gather and incorporate end-user feedback to improve usability.
