Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Columbus, OH, to shape and govern enterprise infrastructure automation. You will drive Endevor configuration, build deterministic flows, and create AI-assisted tooling with Python/REXX to orchestrate lifecycles and ensure compliance.

You will implement Jenkins pipelines, manage security and auditability, and collaborate across teams to modernize processes while maintaining robust DR and resiliency practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with a focus on mainframe tooling and automation.
• Experience configuring Endevor environments, processors, and promotion rules.
• Proficient in building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines and API wrappers for complex deployment flows.
• Strong understanding of security, traceability, and auditability across CI/CD toolchains.
• Ability to translate AI-assisted guidance into auditable, production-ready changes.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and govern the Endevor inventory model aligned to SDLC and release governance.
• Configure and maintain processors to enable deterministic builds and middleware hooks.
• Build and maintain Endevor automation interfaces using APIs/CLI and wrappers.
• Develop Python automation and wrapper tooling to orchestrate Endevor actions and metadata capture.
• Implement and support Jenkins pipelines that invoke Endevor via wrappers and enforce sequencing.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from commit to build to package with audit trails.
• Troubleshoot failures across the toolchain and provide RCA and preventive fixes.
• Define and test backup/restore and DR procedures for Endevor repositories and wrappers.
