Reddit, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for Snoo Operations & Support.

The role is based on-site in NYC, with responsibilities spanning hands-on hardware/software support, end-user services, and cross‑functional teamwork across CorpEng and security teams. You will mentor staff, drive operational projects, and ensure incident resolution while maintaining asset inventory and optimal user experiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years in end-user IT operations or IT support.
• Mentorship experience with junior staff.
• Strong Mac troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with asset inventory and help desk management.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot hardware and applications and provide technical support.
• Act as senior escalation point for team and customers.
• Work cross-functionally to advocate for the team across the organization.
• Support security standards (endpoint protection, firewall, MFA).
• Maintain user accounts, data integrity and access controls.
• Manage relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers.
• Assist with inventory management to support operations.
