Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 2–5 years in desktop support, help desk, or IT service delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and remote imaging.
• Experience with Active Directory and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for desktops, OS, printers, and peripherals in a networked environment.
• Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and serve as escalation resource.
• Install, configure, provision, and support desktop hardware and mobile devices.
• Administer device management and user access within Microsoft environments.
