Lonza Group Ltd. in Vacaville is seeking an End-to-End Project Lead to plan, manage and deliver design, construction, commissioning and validation of asset modifications, building product‑agnostic capabilities for the site.

You will own cost, scope and schedule and lead cross‑functional teams to meet business goals and regulatory requirements. The role is full‑time, site‑based with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering or Business Management.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in operational management within pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industries.
• PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Project Execution: Define scope and goals with stakeholders and align with business strategy.
• Engineering Design & Delivery: Translate requirements into technical design inputs to meet cost and timeline targets.
• PM Framework & Governance: Establish contractual frameworks and manage scope changes with Engineering leadership.
• Operational Excellence: Integrate project downtime into master schedules and drive cross-functional validation.
• Leadership & Development: Build high-performing project teams and mentor team members.
• Communication & Mediation: Facilitate information flow between Global Engineering and steering committees.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Lead regulatory readiness and mitigation plans to ensure cGMP compliance.
