Lonza in Vacaville, California, seeks an experienced End-to-End Project Lead to plan, manage, and deliver design, construction, commissioning, and validation of asset modifications for site capabilities. This on-site role owns cost, scope, and schedule while driving cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals.

The position emphasizes regulatory readiness, cGMP compliance, and leadership of project teams, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering or Business Management required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations within pharma/biopharma or a similar regulated industry.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and cGMP.
• Proven experience in operational management and project leadership, with exposure to cross-functional teams.
