Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an Elevated Engineer to act as a client-facing technical advisor for ICE Mortgage Technology.

The role focuses on delivering, stabilizing, and optimizing Encompass-based solutions for enterprise lending clients across the loan lifecycle, with emphasis on correspondence loan purchase, delivery, and investor compliance. Qualifications

7+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or mortgage technology clients.
5+ years hands-on Encompass experience as an administrator, consultant or support engineer.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts for executives and manage projects.

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of complex production issues, including escalation management and root cause analysis.
Serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact correspondent clients.
Advise clients on ICE Mortgage Technology products, APIs, and integrations.
Support correspondent workflows including loan purchase, delivery, and TPO interactions.
Lead workflow optimization to reduce funding turn times and improve investor delivery accuracy.
Configure and troubleshoot Encompass forms, fields, rules, milestones, and eFolder organization.
