Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in EMS or CM sourcing, with significant time in senior commercial roles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel 25% of the time, domestically and internationally.

• Own day‑to‑day CM relationships across contract manufacturing.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, MVA structures, and agreements.
• Coordinate NPI program transitions through contract manufacturers.
