Qualifications

• Significant experience representing employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.
• Established portable book of business and ability to expand client relationships.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills.
• Admitted and in good standing in South Carolina or eligible for admission.

• Represent employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, investigations, covenants, discipline and wage issues.
• Advise on complex employment issues, grow and maintain client relationships, contribute to practice growth.
