Job summary

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a CorporateAssociate to its corporate group in the Greenville office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing office.

We Know You

You have at least 3 but not more than 6 years of meaningful mergers and acquisition and corporate/LLC law experience. You are well-versed in mergers and acquisitions and corporate/LLC law and are capable of independently managing substantial portions of a transaction. You are comfortable taking ownership of assignments, communicating directly with clients and other deal professionals, identifying issues and developing solutions, and knowing when to seek guidance on more complex matters. You are a strong communicator and analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. Admission to the South Carolina Bar is required or must be obtained.
