You will represent employers on a broad range of matters, build strong client relationships, and provide practical, business-focused counsel. A portable book of business and admission in good standing in South Carolina are preferred.

Qualifications

Experienced representing employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.
Established and portable book of business; ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Strong academic credentials and excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills.
Admitted and in good standing in South Carolina or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace investigations, restrictive covenant disputes, employee discipline and termination issues, wage and hour compliance, and day-to-day counseling.
Advise clients on complex employment issues, maintain and expand client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Labor & Employment practice.
