Cgavery seeks an experienced Employment Attorney in South Carolina to join a growing regional firm. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of employment law experience and is an active member of the SC Bar. Defense-side experience is acceptable for those wishing to shift to represent plaintiffs.

Education requires a J.D. or equivalent from an accredited institution. Open to attorneys established in the SC market with the ability to contribute to the firm’s expansion.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Active member of the SC Bar.
• 5+ years post JD with employment law experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced employment law counsel to clients in SC.
• Represent plaintiffs or defense-side clients as needed, with emphasis on strategy and outcomes.
• Help grow the firm’s employment law practice in South Carolina.

Current Need:Experienced Employment Attorney in SC: This firm is growing seek experienced, senior attorneys with solid employment law experience. The Ideal candidates will be established attorneys who have employment law experience. Attorneys who have defense side employment law experience are good candidates as well.

Education Requirements: Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification: Active member of the SC Bar

Experience Requirements:

• Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law, 5+ years post JD

• Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.

• Established in the target geographical market.
