Job summary

You will use exceptional communication, organizational skills, and technology proficiency to build trust, assess barriers, develop service plans, and guide customers through job search strategies, resumes, interviewing skills, and eligibility for agency programs

Qualifications

• Experience providing career guidance and training.
• Knowledge of workforce development concepts and programs.
• Ability to refer job seekers to appropriate resources and services.
• Strong digital literacy and navigation of online employment tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff-assisted customer services, including group/individual interviews and registrations.
• Identify goals and develop service plans using tests and tools.
• Explain agency services and refer to resources in person, online, or by phone.
• Meet with customers to discuss job search strategies, resumes, and interviewing tips.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with timely, helpful information.
• Assist customers with using resource center services, resumes, and interview skills training.
