We Are Legal Revolution in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced employment litigator to work remotely. You will handle complex employment disputes, draft pleadings and briefs, defend depositions, and advise employers and employees to achieve high-quality client outcomes.

The role offers a base salary around $215,000, with career growth potential in a national litigation boutique that leverages AI and emerging technology to enhance practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar admission or prompt route to admission.
• Six years of litigation experience.
• Strong employment litigation background.
• State and federal court experience.
• Experience with dispositive motions and discovery management.
• Strong research, writing and strategic-analysis skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
• Willingness to work from the West Palm Beach office five days per week.
• Interest in using AI and emerging technology within legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex employment litigation and counseling matters.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on workplace disputes and risk.
• Handle executive compensation, restrictive-covenant and separation matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and communicate directly with clients.
