The Employment Law Solution is an Atlanta-based boutique employment law firm representing employers in litigation, workplace investigations, administrative agency matters, and day-to-day employment counseling. We are seeking an experienced employment litigator who will independently manage matters and serve as the primary client contact.

You will own employment litigation matters in state and federal court, develop strategy, draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take depositions, and handle

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of practice with significant employment litigation experience.
• Ability to receive new matters, develop strategy, manage client relationships, delegate effectively, and move cases forward without day-to-day partner supervision.

• Own employment litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Develop case strategy and advise clients directly.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Manage discovery with paralegal support.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Handle EEOC and other administrative agency matters as appropriate; collaborate with ELS attorneys on strategy.
