Qualifications

• Strong research and drafting skills; responsive and dependable; organized to meet deadlines; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings and depositions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review case files before appearances.
• Assist with case strategy.
• Communicate with clients and supervising attorneys.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery as needed.
• Conduct legal research.
• Help keep cases moving forward.
