This role rewards ownership of cases, proactive litigation strategy, and mentorship, with a clear path to partnership and a schedule of 9–5 and no billables, as the firm invests heavily in attorney development.

Qualifications

• Experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and employment litigation in state and federal court.
• Open to defense-side attorneys transitioning to plaintiff-side work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of wage-and-hour class actions and lead litigation strategy.
• Advise and mentor junior attorneys, contributing to development.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts with senior partner oversight.
