Qualifications

• Active Colorado bar admission.
• Minimum of 10 years of employment litigation experience.
• Demonstrated first-chair trial experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Extensive experience handling Title VII, unpaid compensation, wage-related, and harassment claims.
• Advanced skills in litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent academic credentials, legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong client counseling, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Proactive leadership style with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
• Serve as lead counsel in trials, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Defend employers in disputes involving Title VII, discrimination, harassment, unpaid compensation, and wage-related claims.
• Advise clients on federal and state employment laws, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment-related documentation.
• Provide training and strategic legal guidance to employers on day-to-day employment matters.
• Collaborate with partners and legal teams to deliver effective representation and client service.
