Qualifications

• 7+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience defending employment class or representative actions.
• Strong wage and hour litigation experience.
• Experience independently handling significant portions of complex litigation.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• California or Washington bar admission is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy from case assessment through resolution.
• Defend employers in class and representative actions.
• Handle complex wage and hour disputes.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediation, hearings, and trial.
• Collaborate with clients on litigation strategy.
• Work with partners on high-level employment class action matters.
