Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA to focus on management-side employment and labor law. A minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience is required, including wage and hour class actions, and state and federal court proceedings.

Candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Washington State Bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Washington State bar license required.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases.
• Conduct workplace investigations on issues such as harassment and ethics violations.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions.
• Advise clients on employment agreements, severance packages, and policy drafting.
• Represent clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
