Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Class Action Litigation practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer, product liability, or employment-related class actions.

Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be eligible for admission to the Washington bar (or waive in). The role offers opportunities to manage cases, draft pleadings, and participate in oral advocacy

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship).
• Experience in consumer, product liability, or employment-related class actions preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Active Washington bar license or ability to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer and wage-and-hour class actions in state and federal courts.
• Manage cases, draft pleadings and briefs, and conduct discovery.
• Engage in oral advocacy within a collegial team environment.
