Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate for a California-based, nationally recognized firm. You will lead complex employment matters from strategy to resolution, handle motions, depositions, hearings, and participate in mediations with autonomy and client interaction.

Expect a high level of responsibility, collaboration with partners, mentorship of junior attorneys, and a hybrid work model in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employment litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage complex employment matters.
• Strong California wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, class, collective, and PAGA experience.

Position Title: LA– Senior Employment Litigation Associate

Take the lead on sophisticated employment litigation with a nationally recognized labor and employment firm.

About:

We are seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate to handle complex California employment matters, with meaningful responsibility from case strategy through resolution. You’ll manage litigation matters independently, draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, handle discovery and depositions, appear at hearings, and play a significant role in mediations and other high-stakes proceedings. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants more than a supporting role — you’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with multiple partners, and have the autonomy to shape your matters while benefiting from the resources and support of a leading national firm.

Salary: $200 - $260k/ Year DOE + Bonus

• California Bar admission and strong academic credentials
