Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Employment Counsel to partner with the People Team and stakeholders across the organization. You will provide strategic guidance on a wide range of employment issues and offer practical solutions aligned with business needs.

In this role, you will draft policies, advise on investigations, and collaborate with outside counsel on complex employment‑related claims, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience at a top law firm or in-house
• Deep knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Comfort advising on HR issues both in firm and in-house
• Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end
• Strong communication and service mindset
• Excellent drafting skills for policies and templates
• Willing and able to meet daily in-office requirement and travel 15%

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment issues including recruiting, hiring, termination, wage/hour, immigration and related best practices
• Partner with the People Team for investigations and performance matters
• Develop and maintain global employment policies and standard operating procedures
• Prepare and revise domestic and international employment agreements
• Assist in investigations and respond to state or federal inquiries or charges
• Provide tactical support to outside counsel on employment-related claims and litigation
