Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Employment Counsel to partner with the People Team and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of employment issues including recruiting, hiring, termination, investigations, wage and hour, and compliance across domestic and international operations.

You will think critically and deliver practical, business-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience in law firm or in-house at a multinational company.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end and write internal templates and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on recruiting, hiring, termination, employee relations, wage/hour, and benefits.
• Support investigations and compliance programs across domestic and international operations.
• Draft and review employment agreements and policies; advise on HR platforms and data reporting.
