Modivcare in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced employment attorney to lead the day-to-day employment legal function. You will advise HR and business leaders on the full range of employment and labor matters, manage the docket end to end, and drive cost-effective improvements through processes, governance, and technology.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership, 7+ years of employment law experience (in-house preferred), and a practical, business-minded

Qualificações

• Multistate wage-and-hour and leave compliance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employment and labor practice across the organization.
• Manage the employment docket end to end and outside counsel.
• Draft and standardize employment documentation and policies.
• Develop processes, templates, and playbooks for HR support.
• Oversee board-related and governance matters as needed.
• Support enterprise risk management and compliance programs.
