Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice on state and federal matters and prepare or review employment-related documents.
• Support clients in HR, DEI, Recruiting, Talent, HR Compliance, and related concerns.
• Execute all phases of litigation including discovery, motions, and trial.
• Monitor legislation, regulations, case law, and enforcement; provide proactive strategic advice.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff members.
• Effectively organize and monitor client files.
