Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required and in good standing.
• Ten or more years of litigation experience required.
• Eight or more years in employment law litigation and agency defense, required.
• Experience counseling clients on employment-related legal risk analysis and compliance.
• Bar admission in good standing in state of residence.

• Provide counsel, representation, and litigation management on employment law matters.
• Advise on compliance and risk management for HR and management.
• Handle restrictive covenant and related contractual matters.
• Represent the firm in civil, regulatory, and governmental litigations; coordinate documents and settlements.
• Manage outside counsel for employment-related matters.
