Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. bar membership.
• 10-15 years of legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal advisor on labor, employment, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters.
• Design and implement scalable legal, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Draft or comment on HR, employment and benefits related agreements and policies.
• Identify and manage labor, employment, benefits, and executive compensation risks with cross-functional partners.
• Manage outside counsel, including budgeting, scope, and review of work product.
