Job summary

Eurofins USA is seeking a Senior Employment Compliance Specialist to provide strategic guidance on complex employment issues. You will independently manage high‑risk matters, advise leaders, and serve as a trusted resource on investigations, ADA compliance, wage & hour concerns, and workforce planning.

You will also mentor compliance specialists and drive consistent, high‑quality outcomes across the organization, partnering with in‑house counsel as needed and identifying opportunities for policy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in employee relations, investigations, or compliance.
SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SC/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on complex employee relations and compliance matters.
Lead high‑risk workplace investigations and define scope and strategy.
Interpret federal, state, and local employment laws to support compliant decisions.
Provide guidance on wage and hour practices, ADA compliance, and reasonable accommodations.
Mentor and coach junior compliance staff to improve investigation methods and documentation.
Identify trends and advise on policy improvements and risk mitigation.
Develop training materials and guidance on employment compliance topics.
Collaborate with in‑house counsel on complex matters and position statements.
