Job summary

Eurofins USA is seeking a Senior Employment Compliance Specialist to bring strategic thinking and guidance to high-risk employment challenges. You will independently manage investigations, advise leaders and HR partners, and drive compliant outcomes.

You will mentor junior staff, lead wage-and-hour reviews, ADA compliance, and workforce planning initiatives, shaping policy improvements and training resources across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, investigations, or compliance; or equivalent.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to HR Partners and leaders on complex employee relations and compliance matters.
• Lead, conduct, and oversee high-risk workplace investigations.
• Interpret federal and state employment laws to support compliant decisions.
• Review and approve investigation plans and reports.
• Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance under FLSA and state laws.
• Develop training programs and compliance resources.
