Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in New York or Washington.
• Strong experience with wage & hour and employment-related class actions.
• Experience handling complex employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage & hour and employment-related class and collective actions
• Develop litigation strategy and manage complex employment matters
• Conduct legal research, discovery, motion practice and other litigation activities
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on high-impact cases
• Represent employees in complex employment litigation matters
