Job summary

The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley is seeking an Associate Director, Employer Relations to lead employer engagement in the Technology sector. You will design programs, manage relationships with employers, and partner with alumni and CMG to align recruiting with Haas students' career goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic plans, programs, events, and activities.
• Aggressively identify and contact companies about recruiting Haas students.
• Strengthen relationships with Haas through recruiting and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with MBA CMG, alumni, and faculty to connect companies with Haas.
• Promote Haas at industry conferences and events and communicate recruiting opportunities.
• Develop additional opportunities with recruiting companies and expand Haas exposure.
• Support part-time MBA job seekers with opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with students and alumni in internships and in mid/senior roles.
• Plan and execute large-scale student and alumni networking events.
• Analyze data, summarize findings, and provide recommendations.
