• Develops approaches to support domestic and international student hiring.
• Plans alumni outreach programs and regional initiatives.
• Builds relationships with alumni and employers at senior levels.
• Selects, trains, and motivates staff; contributes to CMG leadership.
• Manages budget and provides professional development.
