Job summary

Kaiser is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner in Pasadena to serve as a strategic liaison between HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders. This role drives HR strategy deployment, conducts investigations, analyzes organizational data, and partners with executives to ensure compliant HR practices and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Science, Public Admin or related field required.
• Eight years experience in HR or business operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to influence strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conducts company HR support activities and ensures HR alignment with KP standards.
• Leads and/or partners on HR investigations based on KP or negotiated labor practices, including interviewing and data collection.
• Produces reporting on Company employee information and external benchmarks; develops new metrics and reports.
• Delivers data-driven recommendations on HR efforts and compliance; consults with executive leaders.
• Supports organizational change efforts by identifying requirements, developing change plans, and communicating regional differences.
• Collaborates with HR and business partners to address employee and labor relations issues and regulatory changes.
• Ensures HR compliance by staying current with regulations and implementing changes.
