Actively seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position will be a senior member of the HR Team, specifically focused on Employee Relations. Role requires 8+ years of HR/Employee Relations experience, SHRM certification is preferred, and the role is HYBRID.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York City

PAY: $156 - $205K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
  • 8+ years of HR/Employee Relations Experience REQUIRED
  • SHRM Certification is PREFERRED
  • Prior Law Firm or Professional Services Experience PREFERRED
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS Systems is REQUIRED

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Leadership Support & Performance Management: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Performance, and Compensation teams
  • Strategic Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead annual talent assessments
  • HR Strategy & Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop and implement talent management programs and policies
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
