Join Our Employee Relations Team

We have an outstanding opportunity to join our Employee Relations team, providing comprehensive legal and strategic employment law advice to approximately 3,100 employees across Macquarie's businesses in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Chile).

What role will you play?

You will counsel on a wide range of employment issues, including recruitment, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence, accommodations, wage and hour matters, executive compensation, investigations, discipline, terminations, and business restructures, collaborating with various People & Culture Centers of Excellence. You will oversee employment litigation with external counsel, support legal risk management, and ensure compliance with labor laws across all Americas jurisdictions. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, and develop training on employment topics.

Salary range: $185,000 - $220,000/year, with potential for discretionary incentives, depending on experience, performance, and location.

What you offer
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 7+ years of employment law experience, including litigation, with knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
  • Ability to provide strategic, business-focused advice effectively in a fast-paced environment.
