Job Summary

The Employee & Labor Relations Manager provides guidance and advice to Management and Union and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance, promote favorable working conditions, and prevent grievances, arbitrations, or litigations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate degree required.
2. 5 years related experience required.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Knowledge of Federal, State, and City Laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL).
5. Experience conducting investigations.
6. Experience with negotiations of unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
