Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks an ER Part Leader to guide the Employee Relations team at its South Carolina manufacturing facility. The role focuses on fostering a compliant, respectful workplace and building trust between management and production staff in alignment with U.S. labor laws.

You will develop ER strategies, oversee investigations, and collaborate with Legal and HR Business Partners to support a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• 10+ years in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws (Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• SHRM certifications preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR).
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or large corporate setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations team and develop ER strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Conduct confidential investigations and recommend actions.
• Develop and localize ER policies.
• Mentor ER team and collaborate with Legal and HRBPs.
• Partner with operations and external stakeholders.
