Qualifications

• JD or equivalent experience.
• Five years of employee relations experience, including investigations.
• Ability to provide credible HR guidance to management at all levels.
• Proven experience coaching and counseling staff; strong employment-law knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to analyze data and trends.
• Willingness to travel between business locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations into potential policy violations.
• Serve as Title IX Investigator for the campus and prepare fact-finding reports.
• Prepare responses to complaints filed with state and federal agencies.
• Lead major employee relations projects and guide assigned staff.
• Advise managers to promote positive employee relations.
• Interpret and apply policies and laws to decisions.
• Coach management on performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate employee relations metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
