Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience with a labor union consisting of hourly workers in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Korea HQ to manage labor/employee relations across LGES production sites.
• Advocate for the company in grievance hearings and arbitrations.
• Support bargaining history research and investigations into employee concerns.
• Assist in collective bargaining negotiations and implementation of new terms.
