Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced underwriting leader to execute advanced pricing and analysis, and to manage the underwriting and analyst teams. The role involves collaborating with clients and the Financial & Underwriting group to achieve strategic goals.

The position requires strong expertise in pricing, actuarial plan values, and reporting templates, with a track record of leading mid-to-large projects and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; eight+ years of related work experience.
• One+ year of management experience leading a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Continued CE requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in underwriting, pricing, and marketing projects.
• Meet with clients and Underwriting team to define and accomplish projects.
• Lead and manage client underwriting projects; present analyses to clients.
• Manage timelines, data tracking, and reporting for financial and underwriting deliverables.
• Coordinate external partner relationships including carriers and consultants.
• Mentor team members within Financial & Underwriting.
