Job Summary : Our team serves private equity firms and their portfolio companies from a holistic human capital risk perspective. We are innate problem solvers, and we help companies grow by creating value for companies and for their employees through HR strategy, including HR policy, benefit strategy, employee engagement/communication, and human capital management technology. The Senior Client Executive will lead a client service team, listen to client needs, support daily client operations, manage projects to achieve desired outcomes, and exceed client expectations within agreed timelines.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Client Management: Provide exceptional client service by exceeding expectations for a diverse book of business. Lead strategies related to Human Capital Risks, including HR strategy, benefits, compliance, change management, and communications, engaging relevant experts. Resolve day-to-day service issues with clients and vendors. Manage the entire client service experience and build relationships with stakeholders from executives to support staff.
  2. Project Management: Proactively manage client service plans, ensure team meets deadlines, and communicate openly about timelines and deliverables.
  3. Benefit Renewal / Vendor Sourcing Process: Assist in managing employee benefits renewals and vendor sourcing. Demonstrate deep knowledge of health benefit strategies, including alternative funding mechanisms, self-funding, stop-loss marketing, PBM contracts, and cost containment measures. Gather information, organize data, prepare RFPs, analyze quotes, and develop client strategies aligned with private equity goals. Coordinate the implementation of new or continued benefit plans, ensuring client compliance.
  4. Practice Development: Enhance the client service experience by refining processes and deliverables. Mentor team members, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership.
